Peter Harrison is a partner of Miller Harrison.His practice focuses on community association law.He represents numerous condominiums, PUD's and other community associations throughout Utah.His work in community association law involves litigating complex construction defect cases, collection of delinquent assessments, drafting of governing documents, enforcement of governing documents, general litigation, and association governance advisement.

Peter also has experience in representing business owners. Peter has successfully litigated business disputes, including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.

Peter is the past President of the Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute.He has been actively involved in legislative matters that impact community associations, and has actively lobbied for legislation that protects homeowner rights.Peter has been a speaker at numerous events discussing the nuances of governing community associations.
