Like any business entity, your website is your face to the world. When people are researching places to live, the first thing they do is go online for information. Your website is where those people will get the feel for what your community is all about, and what it might be like to live there. If they can't find what they want, pucker up. What's the deal with HOA newsletters? HOA newsletter circulation is at it's lowest rate in recent history. Why? Think about it. Newspaper readership is going the way of the dodo. Most of today’s publications have stayed successful by migrating to a digital format. In doing so, they’ve also modified their style of reporting to reflect the new ways people like to get informed.
Sending homeowners a paper newsletter is the same as expecting them to get informed in the old way. The old way takes a lot of time and energy. It’s increasingly obsolete. And worst of all, it’s boring. You might as well use a hammer and chisel. Read More...
